Welcome back little farmers! We are back for a new round of classes this year and of course that means babies are back on the farm. We will also talk about their development into a full grown chicken. This is a perfect class for those new to small animals on your backyard farm and their basic care.

Meet the cotters
Cotter (noun) : a peasant farmer
We are three close family members who are all farming and homesteading hobbyists. We love raising animals and we love growing our own food. We saw a need in the community for young kids to learn these backyard practical skills and we wanted to fix that!
Farmer Jessica: Our very very humble leader. Farmer Jessica has been raising backyard animals for 10 plus years and is never too far away from her favorite blind duck Stevie.
Fun Fact: She didn’t start her first vegetable garden till her 30’s.
Farmer Peter: Everybody’s favorite funny guy is Famer Jessica’s older brother. He is often found helping out others for the small wage of an ice cold tea.
Fun Fact: He loves to cook fresh veggies in his beloved wok.
Farmer Felisha: The youngest squirt to the cotters. She is Farmer Jessica’s oldest daughter and by far the coolest. (No, she is definitely not writing these bios).
Fun Fact: She listens to the Bible on audio while she waters her home garden.
